Range Yourself

Cold Email Software With Unlimited Email Accounts

Updated August 6, 2026 · 8 platforms checked against their own pricing pages

8 of the 8 platforms we track publish an unlimited mailbox or sender allowance on their own pricing page, and 3 of the 8 claims they make are qualified by the vendor somewhere on the same site. The claims are real, and on most plans they are not the thing that will stop you: these platforms cap something else instead, and that cap is published on the same card as the unlimited line. The tier matters though. Apollo.io's cheapest paid tier is capped at 1 mailbox per user, and its unlimited line only starts higher up. This page prints the claim, the qualification and the cap side by side, so you can buy on the number that binds.

RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any platform on this page as of August 6, 2026: every link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published prices and each vendor’s own stated terms, and a vendor that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. Unlimited Email AccountsNone found on the vendor’s pricing page.Emails sent and uploaded contacts are both capped per tier, so the unlimited mailbox count does not lift the sending ceiling.

Warmup, which is the other thing people assume is included

It usually is, and here it is stated per platform rather than assumed.

How this page is verified

Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own site and is stored with the URL it came from, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). That is the vendor’s pricing page in almost every case; where a vendor publishes its own machine-readable pricing file, a fact may come from that instead, and the stored URL says so. Where a page renders its prices in the browser rather than in the served HTML, we read the rendered page at the same URL and record that we did. Where a vendor publishes no number, we say so instead of repeating a figure from elsewhere. Nothing here is a performance claim: we have not tested deliverability, and no vendor’s own marketing is repeated as a result. Percentages are arithmetic on two published figures and nothing else. See our editorial standards and how we verify.

Frequently asked questions

Which cold email tools have unlimited email accounts?

Instantly (on Growth), Smartlead (on Base), lemlist (on Email), Woodpecker (on 500 contacted prospects), Saleshandy (on Outreach Starter), Reply.io (on Email Volume), QuickMail (on Starter Plan), Apollo.io (on Professional) each publish an unlimited mailbox or sender allowance on their own pricing pages, verified August 6, 2026. The tier matters: Apollo's applies from Professional and its cheapest paid tier is capped at one mailbox per user. Each claim is quoted in full on this page.

Is unlimited mailboxes ever qualified by the vendor?

On 3 of the 8 claims in this index. Reply.io's is the most specific: it states that its fair usage policy determines the number of mailboxes included, based on your active contact limit and overall usage.

If mailboxes are unlimited, what limits my sending?

The plan does. Every platform here caps emails sent per month, contacts or prospects stored, or both, and one caps contacted prospects per month instead. Those caps are published, and they are the numbers to compare.

Does adding more mailboxes let me send more emails?

Not on any platform in this index. The plan limit is set per plan, so connecting more mailboxes divides the same permitted volume across more senders rather than raising it.
