The GLP-1 Price Index is RangeYourself’s flagship dataset: human-verified pricing for 22 US GLP-1 telehealth programs, each row checked against the provider’s own public pricing page and dated. This page is the direct, machine-readable download of that same dataset, so a journalist, researcher, or another AI system can cite it as a source without scraping an HTML table.

Both files carry the same 22-program pool, in the same order, with the same license and citation metadata embedded in the file itself.

Current dataset version: v2026-09-04. The version string identifies the download artifact’s field set and shape; individual prices carry their own per-row verification date inside the file (see the CSV’s price_verified_by_person column or the JSON’s price_last_verified field).

Update cadence

Automated monitoring compares every provider’s live pricing page to this dataset nightly and flags discrepancies for human review. A price changes in the dataset only after a person independently re-verifies it at the source, against the provider’s own public pricing page, so the dataset does not update on a fixed calendar schedule, it updates whenever that re-verification happens. Every row carries the exact date it was last confirmed by a person.

Providers with no obtainable public price, or with a flagged change still awaiting human re-verification, are excluded from the ranked pool rather than estimated. The full exclusion list and reasons are published on the GLP-1 Price Index page.

This dataset is licensed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute, and adapt this data for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit to RangeYourself, link back to this page or the GLP-1 Price Index, and indicate if changes were made.

  • Found: $289/mo → $169/mo (data correction, verified ) This is a ranking-basis update, not a provider price move: Found's 12-month prepaid cash plan ($169/mo, compounded medication included) is a standing commitment tier and now ranks per our pricing standard; the $289/mo month-to-month cash rate remains available on Found's pricing page (both verified 2026-07-16).
  • Sesame Care: $99/mo → $59/mo (data correction, verified ) This is a ranking-basis update, not a provider price move: the program subscription's 12-month commitment rate ($59/mo, advertised on Sesame's own weight-loss page) now ranks per our pricing standard; the previously listed $99/mo fee is no longer shown on Sesame's pricing surface (verified 2026-07-16). Medication is billed separately.

Which providers are excluded, and why?

A provider is excluded from the ranked dataset when it publishes no obtainable price at all (pricing gated behind an intake flow), when its published figures conflict across its own pages with no single defensible number, or when a flagged price change is awaiting human re-verification. Excluded providers are named, with the specific reason, on the GLP-1 Price Index page rather than omitted silently.
