Email Enrichment Tools Under $50 a Month
Updated August 7, 2026 · 9 vendors checked against their own pricing pages
4 of the 9 tools here publish a paid plan at or under $50 a month, and only 2 of those stay under it once a second person needs access. That second number is the one worth carrying, because 3 of the 9 vendors in this index price per seat and the published figure on a pricing page is always a one-person figure. The allowance behind the money differs even more than the money does: the same $50 buys between 400 and 2,000 credits, and the vendors do not agree on what a credit is. Every figure below is quoted from the vendor’s own page and dated.
A credit is not a unit. The vendors on this page use the word for genuinely different things, and several publish how many credits a plan carries without ever saying what one buys. So a price per credit is printed here wherever the arithmetic is honest, and it is never presented as a comparison of value, because it is not one until the credit is defined. A cost per found work email is computed only where the vendor publishes both halves of the sum. Everywhere else the cell says what is missing instead of reaching for a plausible number.
RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any vendor on this page as of August 7, 2026: every link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published prices, and a vendor that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. See how we make money and our editorial standards.
Under $50 a month for one person
Ranked cheapest first. Read the allowance column and the definition column together: they are the only way the prices mean anything.
| Vendor | Cheapest paid plan | What it carries | What one unit buys | 100 verified work emails |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FullEnrich The only vendor here that publishes a canonical machine-readable copy of its own rate card, and one of the few that says what every kind of credit buys. | $29/mo Pro, 500 credits free plan available | 500 credits a month $0.058 each | Every data type has a published credit cost, a failed lookup costs nothing, and a landline returned instead of a mobile costs nothing either. “- Work email = **1 credit** - Personal email = **3 credits** - Mobile phone = **10 credits** - Reverse email lookup = **1 credit**” | $5.80 FullEnrich states a found work email costs 1 credit, so 100 of them need 100 credits. Its cheapest published paid plan is Pro, 500 credits at $29 a month for 500 credits, which is $0.06 a credit, so 100 credits cost $5.80. You cannot buy only that many: the smallest cheque is $29. |
| Hunter.io The only vendor here that prints a credit cost on the plan card itself, and the figure it prints is for verifying an address rather than finding one. | $49/mo Starter $34/mo billed annually · 31% less free plan available | 2,000 credits a month $0.0245 each | A credit is stated to cover the finder, the verifier and the domain search, and the only per-action cost published is for verification: half a credit. What finding an address costs is not stated, so a cost per found address cannot be computed from this page. “Verify email: 0.5 credit” | Not calculable Hunter.io publishes prices and allowances but does not state how much of its allowance a found work email consumes, so its price per email cannot be worked out from its own page. Nothing is estimated for it. |
| Prospeo Publishes the same credit ratio as the anchor of this index, one for an email and ten for a mobile, and charges less per credit for it. | $49/mo Starter · per seat $37/mo billed annually · 24% less free plan available | 2,000 credits a month $0.0245 each | One credit is one verified business email and a direct mobile number is ten, stated in the page's own FAQ, with a lookup that finds nothing stated to cost nothing. A company record is one credit. “One credit gives you one verified business email, while a direct mobile number costs 10 credits.” | $2.45 Prospeo states a found work email costs 1 credit, so 100 of them need 100 credits. Its cheapest published paid plan is Starter at $49 a month for 2,000 credits, which is $0.02 a credit, so 100 credits cost $2.45. You cannot buy only that many: the smallest cheque is $49. |
| Lusha Runs its annual discount as a named sale against the month-to-month price, and publishes the only rollover cap in this index expressed as a multiple. | $49.90/mo Starter $37.45/mo billed annually · 25% less the vendor presents that as a time-limited sale, not a standing annual rate free plan available | 400 credits a month $0.1247 each | Its pricing page does not say. The pricing page publishes a credit allowance on every tier and never states what one credit buys, nor whether an email and a phone number cost the same. | Not calculable Lusha publishes prices and allowances but does not state how much of its allowance a found work email consumes, so its price per email cannot be worked out from its own page. Nothing is estimated for it. |
One qualification on the annual figures above. Lusha presents its annual rate as a time-limited sale rather than a standing annual price, in its own words: “SUMMER SALE”. RangeYourself ranks on the price you can pay today, which is RangeYourself’s standing rule for a live discount anywhere on this site — and names the sale every time the price appears, including here.
- FullEnrich, Pro, 500 credits: $29 a month — 500 credits a month, $0.058 each, and seats are not a priced axis. “| 500 | $29/mo | $0.058 |”
- Hunter.io, Starter: $49 a month — 2,000 credits a month, $0.0245 each, and seats are not a priced axis. “Starter Start outreach with essential tools $49 $34 /month billed monthly $588 $408 billed yearly Get started 2,000 credits per month”
- Prospeo, Starter: $49 a month — 2,000 credits a month, $0.0245 each, per seat. “Starter Essential tools and team collaboration. $49 $37 /mo per user 24,000 CREDITS PER USER/YEAR”
- Lusha, Starter: $49.90 a month — 400 credits a month, $0.1247 each, and seats are not a priced axis. “Starter $ 49 .90 USD / month Billed monthly 400 credits per month Credits granted each month 1 seat included”
Still under $50 for a team of two
The list gets shorter, and this is where most budgets in this category break. 3 of the 9 vendors price per person, so their published figure doubles before you have added a single credit.
| Vendor | Headline price | How seats are priced | A team of 2 pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| FullEnrich | $29/mo | Users are not a priced axis on any plan, including the free trial. “Unlimited users included” | $29/mo seats are not a priced axis |
| Hunter.io | $49/mo | Users are not a priced axis on any tier, stated on the free plan and repeated up the range. “Unlimited team members” | $49/mo seats are not a priced axis |
| Prospeo | $49/mo | Every paid tier is priced per user, and the credit allowance is stated per user too. “/mo per user” | $98/mo 2 seats billed |
| Lusha | $49.90/mo | Seats are bundled rather than sold individually: each tier states how many are included, rising from one to five. “5 seats included” | Its published tier bundles fewer seats than that and its page does not price the extra ones, so nothing is computed |
FullEnrich and Hunter.io stay under $50 at two people, because they do not price seats at all. 3 of the 9 vendors in this index publish unlimited users on every plan: FullEnrich, Clay and Hunter.io. One caution on that comparison, because it cuts the other way too: at a per-seat vendor the credits usually multiply with the seats, so a second seat buys a second allowance as well as costing a second subscription. For a team where only one person runs enrichment, the per-seat vendors look worse here than they are.
Above the ceiling
Apollo.io publishes no paid plan at or under $50 a month. A further 4 vendors in this index publish no month-to-month price at all — Clay, Cognism, RocketReach and ZoomInfo — and are in neither list.
- Apollo.io: cheapest paid plan $65 a month per seat — “Basic Take prospecting, outreach & deal management to the next level. $65 Per seat per month, billed monthly 2,500 credits per seat per month, granted upfront”
The free tiers, and what each one actually is
6 of the 9 vendors publish something free and they do not all mean the same thing. Some are standing plans with a recurring allowance; some are one-off trial grants that do not renew. The difference matters more than the credit count.
- FullEnrich, Free trial: 50 credits once, as a trial grant. “50 credits to start, no credit card required”
- Clay, Free: 1,200 action and data credits a year. “Free Start building in Clay for free. No strings attached. Free Includes 6,000 actions/year 6K actions/yr 1.2K data credits/yr Unlimited seats and tables”
- Apollo.io, Free: 75 credits a month, recurring. “Free Explore the Apollo platform to find leads, manage pipeline & close deals. $0 75 credits per seat per month, granted upfront”
- Lusha, Free: 40 credits a month, recurring. “Free $ 0 USD / month Billed monthly 40 credits per month No credit card required 1 seat included”
- Hunter.io, Free: 50 credits a month, recurring. “Free The easiest way to try Hunter $0 Get started 50 credits per month”
- Prospeo, Free: 100 credits a month, recurring. “Free Explore Prospeo and start finding leads. $0 100 CREDITS PER MONTH”
What the money buys where that can be worked out
Only 2 of the 9 vendors in this index publish both a price and how many credits a found work email costs, so only 2 of these plans can be turned into a cost per record at all.
- FullEnrich: $5.80 for 100 verified work emails — FullEnrich states a found work email costs 1 credit, so 100 of them need 100 credits. Its cheapest published paid plan is Pro, 500 credits at $29 a month for 500 credits, which is $0.06 a credit, so 100 credits cost $5.80. You cannot buy only that many: the smallest cheque is $29.
- Prospeo: $2.45 for 100 verified work emails — Prospeo states a found work email costs 1 credit, so 100 of them need 100 credits. Its cheapest published paid plan is Starter at $49 a month for 2,000 credits, which is $0.02 a credit, so 100 credits cost $2.45. You cannot buy only that many: the smallest cheque is $49.
For everyone else the honest answer is that the vendor has not published enough to say, and this page does not fill the gap with a plausible number. The full reasoning, vendor by vendor, is on what a data enrichment credit actually buys.
How this is verified
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page and is stored with that page’s URL, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 7, 2026). 5 of these 9 pages render prices client-side and were read in a browser at the same URL, with each billing option selected in turn. One page could not be read at all: the URL serves a bot check, and RangeYourself does not attempt bot checks. No figure for ZoomInfo appears anywhere on this site as a result, including the figures that circulate elsewhere. Where a vendor publishes an allowance without saying what one unit of it buys, we print the allowance and stop, because dividing a price by an undefined quantity produces a number that looks like a comparison and is not one. Totals are arithmetic on two published figures and nothing else. See our editorial standards and how we verify.
Which vendors are in it. The contact-data and enrichment tools an English-speaking buyer is most likely to shortlist, chosen before any price was read and not filtered afterwards. A vendor that publishes no price stays in with that recorded as its finding, because who publishes what is the thing this index exists to show, and the one vendor whose page could not be read at all stays in with that recorded too.
Frequently asked questions
Which email enrichment tools cost under $50 a month?
4 of the 9 in this index publish a paid plan at or under it: FullEnrich at $29, Hunter.io at $49, Prospeo at $49 and Lusha at $49.90, verified August 7, 2026. Read the allowance beside each figure before comparing them: the same money buys between 400 and 2,000 credits depending on the vendor, and the vendors do not agree on what a credit is.
Do any stay under $50 for a team of two?
2 of the 4: FullEnrich and Hunter.io, verified August 7, 2026. The rest price per seat, so their published figure is a one-person price and doubles with a second. That is the single most common way a budget in this category goes wrong.
What is the cheapest email enrichment tool?
FullEnrich at $29 a month, verified August 7, 2026. Whether that is the cheapest for you depends on the mix: it carries 500 credits at $0.058 each, and what one credit buys is a question only 5 of the 9 vendors here answer at all.
Is there a free email enrichment tool?
6 of the 9 publish something free, and they do not all mean the same thing by it: some are standing plans with a recurring monthly allowance and some are one-off trial grants. FullEnrich publishes 50 credits once, Clay publishes 1,200 action and data credits a year, Apollo.io publishes 75 credits a month, Lusha publishes 40 credits a month, Hunter.io publishes 50 credits a month and Prospeo publishes 100 credits a month. Verified August 7, 2026.
What does $50 a month actually buy in enrichment credits?
Between 400 and 2,000 credits, depending on the vendor, verified August 7, 2026. That range is close to meaningless on its own: only 2 of the 9 vendors here publish what a credit buys AND a price, so for most of the range the thing being counted has no published definition. Where both are published, 100 verified work emails cost $5.80 at FullEnrich and $2.45 at Prospeo.
