Amazon PPC Software Cost Index
Updated August 6, 2026 · 8 platforms checked against their own pricing pages
2 of the 8 Amazon PPC platforms we track publish no price at all, and only 3 publish enough for you to work out what you would actually pay. That is the finding this page exists to record. Below, every platform is ranked first by how much of its pricing it publishes, then by its published entry price, with each figure quoted from the vendor’s own page and dated. Because several platforms add a percentage of ad spend, headline prices are close to meaningless on their own, so the second table shows total monthly cost at $5,000, $20,000, $100,000 of monthly ad spend, computed only where every component is published.
RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any platform on this page as of August 6, 2026: every link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published prices and each vendor’s own stated terms, and a vendor that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. See how we make money and our editorial standards.
The index
Ranked by pricing transparency, then by published entry price ascending. A platform that publishes nothing sorts last because it has no price to rank, not because we judge it expensive.

What each one costs at three ad-spend levels
Totals are arithmetic on published figures only. Where a vendor leaves any component unpublished, the cell says so rather than estimating the rest. Prices assume the cheapest billing term each vendor publishes for the tier concerned.

Helium 10 Ads: Helium 10 selects your subscription tier by yearly sales, not by ad spend: Diamond is the tier it lists for $100K to $10M in yearly sales. The Ads fee itself is fully published, so the totals on this page are exact for a Diamond subscriber, but which subscription tier you land on depends on your sales rather than on the ad-spend figures in the column headings.
Scale Insights: Scale Insights' seven numbered tiers are priced by how many ASINs you automate, not by ad spend, so they cost the same at every spend level: $78 to $688 a month. The scenario figures on this page use The 1% Plan, which is the only Scale Insights plan that varies with ad spend.
m19: m19 labels Autopilot for spend "under $5K" and Professional for spend "above $5K", so a month at exactly $5,000 sits between the two published labels. The $5,000 scenario on this page shows the Autopilot rate; at that exact figure, confirm with m19 which tier applies. On m19 Professional the 3% is charged on total ad spend rather than only the portion above a threshold, which is the opposite of how Teikametrics and Helium 10 state their percentages.
How the transparency rating is decided
It is not a judgement. A platform is rated Fullwhen a buyer can compute the total monthly cost from the vendor’s own page at every ad-spend level on this page, Partial when an entry price is published but the cost at higher spend is gated behind a quote or contains a component the vendor does not quantify, and None published when the vendor publishes no price anywhere on its own site. The rating is derived from the same stored figures that populate the tables above, so it cannot drift away from the evidence.
Publishing prices is not the same as being good value, and declining to publish them is a normal choice in enterprise software rather than evidence of anything. What it does mean is practical: with Quartile and Pacvue you cannot budget, shortlist or compare without booking a sales call first.
Platforms that publish no price
Quartile
https://www.quartile.com/pricing returns HTTP 200 but serves a response byte-identical to the homepage (119,693 bytes on 2026-08-06), carrying <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.quartile.com"> and the homepage title. Quartile's site navigation contains no pricing link at all (it links /amazon-ppc, /amazon-dsp, /request-demo, /partners and others). The only dollar figures anywhere in that HTML are the marketing stats "$2B+" (Annual Retail Ad Spend Managed) and "$25B+" (Annual Managed Sales). Conclusion: Quartile does not publish a pricing page; quotes are provided after a demo.

Other publishers have reported figures for Quartile. We could not confirm any of them against Quartile, and they do not agree with each other, so they are recorded here as claims with their publisher and date, not adopted as prices:
| Publisher | Dated | What it reports | States a source? |
|---|---|---|---|
| amz.ninja | Updated March 12, 2026 |
Tier schedule reported: $895, $1495, $2495, $3995, $6995, $9995 | No |
| RevenueGeeks | Last updated on July 5, 2026 |
Tier schedule reported: $895 (up to $10,000 ad spend), $1495 ($10,001 to $35,000), $2495 ($35,001 to $70,000), $3995 ($70,001 to $200,000), $6995 ($200,001 to $400,000), $9995 ($400,001 to $1,000,000) Presents discount offers alongside its figures ("you can save up to 50% in the first two to three months with my exclusive discounts"). | No |
| Xneeti | May 11, 2026 |
This article repeats the $895 to $9,995 range and, in the same piece, reports a different entry-level structure of $2,000 to $3,500 as a base fee. Both figures appear as the article's own reporting. | No |
| SellerStack | No date shown |
A competing Amazon PPC vendor running a Quartile-alternative page. Unlike the others it does not present the range as its own reporting: it attributes it to a published third-party tier schedule, though it does not say which one, and it tells readers to verify before purchase. It sells against the same gap. | No |
Read together, these reports are the reason we do not quote a number for Quartile. More than one carries an identical tier schedule down to the dollar while naming no origin for it, and one of the same articles reports a different entry-level structure a few paragraphs from the range it also repeats. None of the 4 states a source for its figures. That is a description of what is on the public record, not a comment on Quartile.
Pacvue
https://www.pacvue.com/pricing returns HTTP 404, as does https://www.pacvue.com/plans, and https://www.pacvue.com/sitemap.xml returns 404 (all checked 2026-08-06). The homepage carries no price and no pricing link; its call to action is "Book a demo". The only occurrence of the word "pricing" on the homepage describes a product capability ("From pricing strategies and competitor promotions to keyword trends"), not Pacvue's own fee.

Vendor-stated details worth knowing before you buy
Each of these comes from the vendor’s own page or is a plain reading of what it publishes. None is a performance claim, and this page makes no claim about how any platform performs.
- Quartile: Quartile publishes no price, so any figure you see quoted for it, including the ones on this page, comes from someone other than Quartile.
- Pacvue: Pacvue publishes no price, so its cost cannot be compared against the published-price tools on this page without a quote.
- Perpetua: The Growth tier's percentage of ad spend is not published, so the $695 base is a floor rather than a total once monthly ad spend passes 10k.
- Teikametrics: Above $10K of monthly ad spend the base fee becomes "Custom Pricing", so only the +3% component can be calculated in advance.
- Helium 10 Ads: Helium 10's pricing page sells Platinum, Diamond and Enterprise, but its FAQ answers refer to a "Diamond or Elite" gate for Ads and to a "Diamond/Elite subscription fee". Elite is not offered as a purchasable card on the pricing page, so the cheapest plan you can actually buy with Ads in full is Diamond.
- Helium 10 Ads: The subscription buys the whole Helium 10 suite, not a standalone PPC tool, so the fee is not like-for-like with the single-purpose platforms on this page.
- SellerApp: Every self-serve figure is worded "starts with", so the published numbers are floors, not quotes.
- SellerApp: SellerApp's FAQ says annual billing saves 50% of subscription fees but the page publishes no annual price, so we do not compute one.
- Scale Insights: Because tiers are sold by automated-ASIN count, a large catalogue can cost more here than a percentage-priced tool even at modest ad spend.
- Scale Insights: The page invites you to contact them if you need more than 100 automated ASINs on a flat tier, though The 1% Plan covers unlimited ASINs at a published rate.
- m19: m19's USD prices are stated excluding VAT, so a buyer in a VAT jurisdiction pays more than the listed figure.
- m19: The 3% on m19 Professional applies to total ad spend, not just the amount over a threshold.
How this index is verified
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page and is stored with that page’s URL, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). Where a vendor publishes no number, we say so instead of repeating a figure from elsewhere. Third-party price reports appear only where they are named, dated, and labeled as that publisher’s claim rather than a verified price. Percentages, thresholds and totals are arithmetic on published figures only. See our editorial standards and how we verify.
Which platforms are in it. Platforms are included if they sell Amazon PPC or retail media advertising software directly to sellers or brands and appear in the buying consideration set for that decision. The set is chosen before any pricing is checked, so a vendor is never added or dropped on the basis of what its pricing turned out to look like. It is not an exhaustive census of the category.
Frequently asked questions
Which Amazon PPC platforms publish their pricing?
Of the 8 platforms in this index as of August 6, 2026, 3 publish enough for a buyer to work out the total cost at any ad-spend level (Helium 10 Ads, Scale Insights, m19), 3 publish an entry price but gate the cost at higher spend, and 2 publish no price at all (Quartile, Pacvue).
What is the cheapest Amazon PPC software with a published price?
m19 at $59/mo, verified on the vendor's own pricing page on August 6, 2026. Cheapest entry price is not the same as cheapest at your ad spend: several platforms add a percentage of spend on top, so compare the scenario table on this page rather than the headline figures.
Why is a platform listed with no price?
Because the vendor does not publish one on its own site. We list those platforms rather than dropping them, and we do not fill the gap with a third-party estimate. Where third-party publishers have reported figures, we name the publisher, date the report, and say plainly that we could not confirm it against the vendor.
Does a percentage of ad spend make a platform more expensive?
It depends entirely on your spend, which is why this page shows totals at three spend levels instead of ranking on headline price. A percentage-priced platform can be the cheapest option at low spend and the most expensive at high spend. Note also that vendors define the percentage differently: some charge it on total ad spend, others only on the amount above a threshold.
How are these prices verified?
Each figure is read from the vendor's own pricing page and stored with that URL, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). Nothing on this page is estimated, and the transparency rating is derived mechanically from whether the published figures are sufficient to compute a total, not from an opinion about the vendor.
