Amazon PPC Software With Public Pricing
Updated August 6, 2026 · 8 platforms checked against their own pricing pages
6 of the 8 Amazon PPC platforms we track publish a price on their own site, and only 3 publish enough for you to work out your total bill. Helium 10 Ads, Scale Insights, m19 publish every component you need. Perpetua, Teikametrics, SellerApp publish an entry tier and then gate the rest. Quartile and Pacvue publish nothing at all. Each rating below is computed from the stored figures rather than assigned, and every figure is quoted from the vendor’s page and dated.
RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any platform on this page as of August 6, 2026: every link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published prices and each vendor’s own stated terms, and a vendor that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. What full transparency actually buys you
The difference is not philosophical. Here is what the fully transparent platforms cost at $5,000, $20,000, $100,000 of monthly ad spend, computed entirely from their own published figures, with no quote needed:
| Tool | At $5,000/mo ad spend | At $20,000/mo ad spend | At $100,000/mo ad spend |
|---|---|---|---|
| Helium 10 Ads | $279/mo $279/mo billed annually on Diamond ($359/mo if you pay month to month), with no percentage due because ad spend does not exceed $20,000. | $279/mo $279/mo billed annually on Diamond ($359/mo if you pay month to month), with no percentage due because ad spend does not exceed $20,000. | $1,879/mo $279/mo billed annually on Diamond ($359/mo if you pay month to month), plus $1,600/mo, which is 2% of the $80,000 of monthly ad spend above $20,000. |
| Scale Insights | $50/mo $50/mo, which is 1% of the full $5,000 of monthly ad spend on The 1% Plan, which carries no base fee. | $200/mo $200/mo, which is 1% of the full $20,000 of monthly ad spend on The 1% Plan, which carries no base fee. | $1,000/mo $1,000/mo, which is 1% of the full $100,000 of monthly ad spend on The 1% Plan, which carries no base fee. |
| m19 | $59/mo $59/mo on Autopilot. | $1,079/mo $479/mo on m19 Professional, plus $600/mo, which is 3% of the full $20,000 of monthly ad spend. | $3,479/mo $479/mo on m19 Professional, plus $3,000/mo, which is 3% of the full $100,000 of monthly ad spend. |
Helium 10 Ads: Helium 10 selects your subscription tier by yearly sales, not by ad spend: Diamond is the tier it lists for $100K to $10M in yearly sales. The Ads fee itself is fully published, so the totals on this page are exact for a Diamond subscriber, but which subscription tier you land on depends on your sales rather than on the ad-spend figures in the column headings.
Scale Insights: Scale Insights' seven numbered tiers are priced by how many ASINs you automate, not by ad spend, so they cost the same at every spend level: $78 to $688 a month. The scenario figures on this page use The 1% Plan, which is the only Scale Insights plan that varies with ad spend.
m19: m19 labels Autopilot for spend "under $5K" and Professional for spend "above $5K", so a month at exactly $5,000 sits between the two published labels. The $5,000 scenario on this page shows the Autopilot rate; at that exact figure, confirm with m19 which tier applies. On m19 Professional the 3% is charged on total ad spend rather than only the portion above a threshold, which is the opposite of how Teikametrics and Helium 10 state their percentages.
Where the partial ratings come from
These platforms publish a real, purchasable entry price. The rating is partial because of what happens above the entry tier, quoted from each vendor:
- Perpetua publishes $695/mo at its entry tier. Perpetua publishes a flat entry price for its Essentials tier and the structure (but not the rate) of its Growth tier. The percentage added on Growth is not quantified anywhere on the page, so cost above $10k of monthly ad spend cannot be determined from Perpetua's own site.
- Teikametrics publishes $149/mo billed annually at its entry tier. Teikametrics publishes both billing terms for its entry tier and publishes the percentage rate applied above $10K of ad spend, but the base fee for the Advanced and Enterprise tiers is shown as "Custom Pricing". A buyer above $10K of monthly ad spend can therefore compute the percentage component but not the base.
- SellerApp publishes from $99/mo at its entry tier. SellerApp publishes figures for its self-serve tiers, but every one is worded as "starts with", which makes each number a floor rather than a determinate price. Its agency pricing is published as a starting sum plus a percentage range, and an annual discount is described in the FAQ without an annual price being shown.
The platforms that publish nothing
- Quartile: https://www.quartile.com/pricing returns HTTP 200 but serves a response byte-identical to the homepage (119,693 bytes on 2026-08-06), carrying <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.quartile.com"> and the homepage title. Quartile's site navigation contains no pricing link at all (it links /amazon-ppc, /amazon-dsp, /request-demo, /partners and others). The only dollar figures anywhere in that HTML are the marketing stats "$2B+" (Annual Retail Ad Spend Managed) and "$25B+" (Annual Managed Sales). Conclusion: Quartile does not publish a pricing page; quotes are provided after a demo.
- Pacvue: https://www.pacvue.com/pricing returns HTTP 404, as does https://www.pacvue.com/plans, and https://www.pacvue.com/sitemap.xml returns 404 (all checked 2026-08-06). The homepage carries no price and no pricing link; its call to action is "Book a demo". The only occurrence of the word "pricing" on the homepage describes a product capability ("From pricing strategies and competitor promotions to keyword trends"), not Pacvue's own fee.
For a full account of what third-party publishers claim about those prices, who published each claim, when, and why the claims contradict each other, see how much does Quartile cost and the quote-only section of the cost index.
How the rating is decided
Full: you can compute the total monthly cost from the vendor’s own page at every spend level shown here. Partial: an entry price is published, but higher-volume cost is gated behind a quote or includes a component the vendor does not quantify. None published: no price is published anywhere on the vendor’s own site. The rating is derived from the same figures that populate the tables, so a re-verification updates the rating automatically and the two can never disagree.
How we verified this
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page and is stored with that page’s URL, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). Where a vendor publishes no number, we say so instead of repeating a figure from elsewhere. Third-party price reports appear only where they are named, dated, and labeled as that publisher’s claim rather than a verified price. Percentages, thresholds and totals are arithmetic on published figures only. See our editorial standards and how we verify.
Frequently asked questions
Which Amazon PPC software publishes its pricing?
As of August 6, 2026, 6 of the 8 platforms we track publish a price on their own site. 3 publish enough to compute your total at any ad spend (Helium 10 Ads, Scale Insights, m19); 3 publish an entry price only (Perpetua, Teikametrics, SellerApp); 2 publish nothing (Quartile, Pacvue).
What counts as "public pricing" here?
A published figure only counts as public pricing if it lets you work out what you would pay. A platform that publishes a base fee and then adds an unquantified percentage of ad spend has published a number, not a price, so it is rated partial rather than full. The rating is computed from the stored figures, not assigned by hand.
Is a platform that does not publish pricing a worse product?
No, and this page does not say so. Quote-only pricing is a normal enterprise sales model and says nothing about how well a platform performs. The practical consequence is narrower: you cannot budget, shortlist or compare those platforms without booking a sales call first, and any figure you find for them online came from someone other than the vendor.
Why does published pricing matter for Amazon PPC specifically?
Because most of the category charges a percentage of ad spend on top of a base fee, so cost scales with the thing the software is supposed to optimise. Two platforms with similar headline prices can differ by thousands a month at the same spend, which is why the tables here show totals at several spend levels instead of headline figures.
How current are these ratings?
Each row carries the date its vendor page was last checked, most recently August 6, 2026. Pricing pages in this category change without notice, so if a row's date looks old, confirm on the vendor's site before deciding.
