How Much Does Instantly Cost?
Updated August 6, 2026· every figure checked against the vendor’s own pricing page
Instantly's cold email product starts at $47 a month on the Growth plan, or $37.60 a month if you pay for a year, verified on Instantly's own pricing page on August 6, 2026. That plan gives you unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, but caps you at 5,000 emails a month and 1,000 uploaded contacts, and those two caps are what actually decide whether the plan fits. Hypergrowth is $97 a month, Light Speed is $358, and Enterprise is quoted after a call. One thing to know before you compare: Instantly's lead database is priced separately from the Outreach plans, so a buyer who needs both pays twice or buys a bundle at a third price.
RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any platform on this page as of August 6, 2026: every link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published prices and each vendor’s own stated terms, and a vendor that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. Every Instantly Outreach plan, in Instantly’s own words
Read from https://instantly.ai/pricing on 2026-08-06. Instantly's pricing page is split into four tabs (Bundles, Outreach, Instantly Credits, VIP) and each tab carries a monthly and an annual card set. The Outreach tab is the cold-email product and publishes a full price and limit list for three tiers plus a quote-only Enterprise tier. The figures below come from the Outreach tab.
| Plan | Month to month | Billed annually | Emails | Contacts | Mailboxes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $47/mo | $37.60/mo | 5,000 emails a month | 1,000 uploaded contacts | Unlimited email accounts |
| Hypergrowth | $97/mo | $77.60/mo | 125,000 emails a month on the monthly card, 100,000 on the annual card | 25,000 uploaded contacts | Unlimited email accounts |
| Light Speed | $358/mo | $286.30/mo | 500,000 emails a month | 100,000 uploaded contacts | Not stated |
| Enterprise | Not published | Not published | 500,000+ emails a month | 100,000+ uploaded contacts | Not stated |
The unlimited mailbox line is the headline, and it is real as far as it goes: “Unlimited email accounts” appears on the entry plan. What it does not do is lift the ceiling. Emails sent and contacts uploaded are both capped per tier, so the number of mailboxes you connect changes how the sending is spread, not how much of it you may do.
The one figure on the page that contradicts itself
On 2026-08-06 the Hypergrowth tier stated a different email allowance depending on which billing toggle was selected. Both cards are on the same page and both are Instantly's own text, so this is recorded here with both quotes rather than resolved in Instantly's favour or against it.
| Card | What it states |
|---|---|
| Monthly billing | “Hypergrowth $97 /monthly ... 25 000 Uploaded Contacts 125 000 Emails Monthly” |
| Annual billing | “Hypergrowth $77.6 /monthly ... 25 000 Uploaded Contacts 100 000 Emails Monthly” |
A 25,000-email difference on the same tier is the kind of thing worth confirming in writing before you buy, and it is exactly the kind of thing that disappears from a page without notice. If you are pricing Hypergrowth on the email cap, ask Instantly which figure applies to the term you are buying.
What Instantly costs against the rest of the category
Each figure below was read from that vendor's own pricing page on the date shown in the index. Prices are the cheapest published recurring rate on whichever billing term the vendor prices lowest, with the term labelled.
| Platform | Cheapest published price | Emails on that plan | Contacts on that plan | Mailboxes on that plan | Disclosure |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Woodpecker | $23.33/mo billed annually (our arithmetic on the published $280/year; the vendor displays $24, which is above what its own annual total implies) | 8,000 emails a month | 500 contacted prospects a month, 2,000 stored prospects | Unlimited email accounts | Full (5 of 5) |
| Saleshandy | $25/mo billed annually | 6,000 emails a month | 2,000 active prospects | Unlimited email accounts | Full (5 of 5) |
| Smartlead | $32.50/mo billed annually | 6,000 email sends a month | 2,000 contacts | Unlimited email accounts | Full (5 of 5) |
| Instantly | $37.60/mo billed annually | 5,000 emails a month | 1,000 uploaded contacts | Unlimited email accounts | Full (5 of 5) |
| Apollo.io | $49/mo billed annually | 250 emails a day | Not stated | 1 mailbox per user | Partial (4 of 5) |
| QuickMail | $49/mo billed monthly | 5,000 emails sent a month | 1,000 uploaded contacts | Unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts, unlimited users | Full (5 of 5) |
| Reply.io | from $49/mo billed annually | Unlimited emails | 1,000 active contacts a month at the entry tier | Unlimited mailboxes, subject to a fair usage policy | Partial (4 of 5) |
| lemlist | $55/mo billed annually | 50,000 emails a month | Unlimited contacts | Unlimited users and email senders | Full (5 of 5) |
This page compares what each vendor publishes about price and limits. It says nothing about deliverability, reply rates or inbox placement: we have not tested these tools, and we have not found a figure of that kind for this category that we could trace to an independent test.
What you pay for staying month to month
Instantly's annual price on the entry plan is $37.60 a month against $47 month to month, so refusing the year costs 25% more. That is at the low end of this category: the range across the platforms we track runs from one vendor that offers no annual discount at all to one that prints a third off.
What is not on this page
- Any claim about Instantly’s deliverability. We have not tested it, and neither has anyone whose figures we could verify.
- Any commission. RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with Instantly, and the link here goes to instantly.ai.
- Any figure Instantly does not publish. Where a tier leaves an allowance unstated, the table above says so rather than filling it in from a comparison blog.
Worth saying plainly, because it shapes what you are reading: RangeYourself currently has no affiliate relationship with any platform on this page, and every vendor link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site. If that changes, this line changes with it. Either way nothing here is written to push you towards a signup, no vendor pays for placement, and the ranked tables sort on published prices rather than on anything we are paid.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest Instantly plan?
Growth, at $47 a month month-to-month or $37.60 a month billed annually, verified on August 6, 2026. It includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, and caps you at 5,000 emails a month and 1,000 uploaded contacts.
Does Instantly really give you unlimited email accounts?
Instantly's own pricing page states "Unlimited email accounts" on the entry plan, and we found no qualification of that claim on the page. What is capped instead is volume: 5,000 emails a month and 1,000 uploaded contacts on that tier. So the unlimited part is real and the ceiling is somewhere else.
Is the Instantly lead database included in the price?
No. Instantly prices its Outreach plans and its Instantly Credits lead-database plans as separate products on separate tabs of the same page, with bundles priced differently again. A buyer who needs both should price both.
How much cheaper is Instantly on annual billing?
Paying monthly costs 25% more than the annual rate on the entry plan: $47 against $37.60.
Does Instantly offer a free trial?
Instantly’s pricing page states no free trial as of the date on this page. That is a statement about the page, not about the product; if a trial exists elsewhere in the signup flow, it is not published where the prices are.
How we verify this
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own site and is stored with the URL it came from, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). That is the vendor’s pricing page in almost every case; where a vendor publishes its own machine-readable pricing file, a fact may come from that instead, and the stored URL says so. Where a page renders its prices in the browser rather than in the served HTML, we read the rendered page at the same URL and record that we did. Where a vendor publishes no number, we say so instead of repeating a figure from elsewhere. Nothing here is a performance claim: we have not tested deliverability, and no vendor’s own marketing is repeated as a result. Percentages are arithmetic on two published figures and nothing else. See our editorial standards and how we verify.
