CRM With Built-In Calling

Updated August 6, 2026 · 8 CRMs checked against their own pricing pages

3 of the 8 small-team CRMs we track name a calling capability on their own pricing page: Freshsales, Close, Zoho CRM. One of those, Freshsales, uses wording we could not resolve on the vendor’s behalf, quoted in full below rather than counted silently. The cheapest of them is Freshsales at $11 per user a month month to month, or $9 billed annually, verified August 6, 2026; the cheapest whose wording is unambiguous about placing calls is Close at $19 per user. What that list is not is a list of CRMs that can make calls. It is a list of CRMs that say so on the page where they publish prices, which is the only thing a pricing page can establish and the only thing this page claims.

RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any CRM on this page as of August 6, 2026: every link here goes straight to the vendor’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published prices and each vendor’s own stated terms, and a vendor that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. Who names calling, in their own words

Where a vendor’s wording is ambiguous, we have printed the ambiguity rather than resolved it. Freshsales lists “Chat, Email, and phone” among its Growth-tier features, which could describe a dialer or could describe support channels; we have not decided which on its behalf.

The one that goes furthest, and what it costs

Close is not the cheapest of the 3, and this page does not put it first: the table above is sorted by price, so Freshsales leads it and Close sits at position 2. What Close does do that the others do not is break calling down tier by tier on its own pricing page, publishing which dialer arrives when and how long call recordings are kept. That detail is the reason it has a section here, and it is worth saying plainly that no vendor on this page pays us anything.

The gap that matters for a calling team is the dialer: the power dialer arrives on Growth and the predictive dialer on Scale, so a team that needs either is not buying at the entry price.

The CRMs whose pricing pages say nothing about calling

This is the section most pages like this get wrong. The vendors below are not on the list above because their pricing pages do not mention calling. That is a fact about the pages, checked on August 6, 2026. It is not evidence that the products cannot call. We list them here rather than silently omitting them, because a constraint page that hides its exclusions is not a constraint page.

What the qualifying tiers cost

Both billing terms, from each vendor’s own page. On 1 of these 3 the calling tier sits above the vendor’s cheapest paid tier (Close), so this, rather than the headline, is the number to budget against.

How this page is verified

Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page and is stored with that page’s URL, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). Most of these pages render their prices in the browser rather than in the served HTML, so they were read in a browser at the same URL, with both billing toggles set in turn. Where a vendor publishes no number, we say so instead of repeating a figure from elsewhere. A blank in the calling column means the vendor’s pricing page names no calling capability, which is a statement about the page and not a claim about the product. Percentages and totals are arithmetic on published figures only. See our editorial standards and how we verify.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRM has built-in calling?

Freshsales (from Growth), Close (from Essentials), Zoho CRM (from Standard) each name a calling capability on their own pricing page, verified August 6, 2026. Every quote is on this page. Freshsales is the cheapest month to month at $11 per user, though its wording is the ambiguous one in this set; the cheapest whose wording is unambiguous about placing calls is Close at $19 per user.

Does Pipedrive or HubSpot include calling?

Neither pricing page names a calling capability as of August 6, 2026, and this page reports that as a fact about the pages rather than about the products. A vendor is under no obligation to list every capability where it lists prices. If calling is decisive for you, put the question to the vendor rather than take an answer from a pricing page.

What is the cheapest CRM with calling?

On price alone, Freshsales at $11 per user a month month-to-month or $9 billed annually, verified August 6, 2026. That comes with a caveat: Freshsales lists this among the plan's features rather than describing a dialer, so the wording is the vendor's and the reading is left to you. The cheapest whose wording is unambiguous about placing calls is Close at $19 per user a month. Check which tier the calling sits on either way: the table on this page names it.

Is a CRM with calling better than a CRM plus a dialer?

That depends on your stack and your volume, and this page will not pretend to know. What it can tell you is which vendors put calling inside the subscription price and which leave it to an integration, because that is what changes the total.
