How Much Does Deel Cost?
Updated August 6, 2026· every figure checked against the vendor’s own pricing page
Deel publishes four figures on one page: $599 per EOR employee per month, $49 per contractor per month, $325 per contractor of record per month and $125 per US PEO employee per month. All verified on Deel's own pricing page on August 6, 2026, and none of them carries a starting-at qualifier, which sets Deel apart from several competitors. This is a platform fee. It excludes salary, statutory employer contributions, mandatory benefits, severance accruals, deposits, implementation fees and every country-specific government cost, all of which dominate the real bill and none of which any provider in this index publishes a total for. On that basis a team of 3 employees and 1 contractor costs $1,846 a month in Deel platform fees, and Deel is 4th of the 7 providers here that publish an EOR figure at all. The number people most often get wrong is the $125: that is US-only co-employment, not employer of record.
Every figure on this page is a platform fee. It is what the provider charges to employ or engage someone on your behalf, and it excludes salary, statutory employer contributions, mandatory benefits, severance accruals, deposits, implementation fees and every country-specific government cost. Those dominate the real bill, they vary enormously by country, and no provider in this index publishes a total that includes them — several say so on their own pages. Nothing here is the cost of hiring anyone.
RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with any provider on this page as of August 6, 2026: every link here goes straight to the provider’s own site and earns us nothing. We may pursue one in this category, and if we do we will say so here. Either way the ordering follows published figures, and a provider that pays nothing is listed on exactly the same basis as one that does. See how we make money and our editorial standards.
Everything Deel prices, on one page
Read from https://www.deel.com/pricing on 2026-08-06. Every figure is literal visible text in the served HTML and is duplicated in the page's own streamed JSON payload, so a static read and a rendered read agree. There is no monthly-versus-annual toggle anywhere on the page: one figure is published per product.

The two numbers that sit next to each other and are not alternatives
Deel prints “$125 per US PEO employee per month” and “$599 per EOR employee per month” on the same card, inches apart. They are not two tiers of one thing. The lower figure is US co-employment, which only works for people you are hiring in the United States; the higher one is full legal employment through Deel's own entities abroad. Deel describes the difference on the same card: “EOR: Full legal employment in 130+ countries globally” against “US PEO: Co-employment across all 50 US states with benefits included”. If you are hiring outside the US, the $125 figure is not available to you.
What the offer on the page is, and is not
Deel currently runs a banner reading “get Deel's PEO for 3 months free*”. It applies to the US PEO product only, so it changes nothing about the EOR or contractor figures. It is also not a free trial: Deel's own promotional terms state “For qualifying Order Forms with minimum two (2) year terms, Deel will credit Customer with three (3) months of complimentary Platform Fees”, and go on to make the credited value recoverable if the customer terminates early. Read as a contract term rather than a discount, three free months on a 24-month minimum is a different proposition to three free months on a rolling agreement.
Where Deel sits against everyone who publishes a figure
Published EOR figures in this index run from $399 to $699 per employee a month, and Deel's $599 is 4th of 7. That ranking flatters the cheaper end, though, because 3 of those 7 figures are floors rather than prices: Multiplier states a starting price, Papaya Global states a starting price and G-P states a starting price. Of the 4 providers whose EOR figure carries no such qualifier — Pebl, Deel, Oyster and Remote — Deel is 2nd.
| Provider | EOR, per employee a month | Contractor management | Platform fee for 3 employees and 1 contractor |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pebl | $399 per employee, per month | Not published | Not calculable Pebl publishes a per-contractor fee nowhere on its pricing page, so this mix of workers cannot be totalled from what it publishes. |
| Multiplier | From $459 per person/mo, billed annually, on an annual contract | Not published | Not calculable Multiplier publishes a per-contractor fee nowhere on its pricing page, so this mix of workers cannot be totalled from what it publishes. |
| Papaya Global | From $499 per employee/month | From $5 per contractor/month | From $1,502/mo |
| Deel | $599 per EOR employee per month | $49 per contractor per month | $1,846/mo |
| G-P | From $599 per employee / month | From $39 per month, per contractor | From $1,836/mo |
| Oyster | $699 per employee/month | $29 per contractor/month | $2,126/mo |
| Remote | $699 per employee/month | $29 per contractor/month | $2,126/mo |
| Rippling | Publishes no price at all | Not published | Not calculable Rippling publishes no price for any product on its pricing page, so there is nothing to total. That is a normal enterprise choice and says nothing about the product. |
This page compares what each provider publishes about price and terms. It makes no claim about which platform is better to work with, faster to onboard through, or more reliable on payroll, because those are not things a pricing page can establish and we have not used any of them.
What is not on this page
- Any commission. RangeYourself has no affiliate relationship with Deel, and the link here goes to Deel.
- Any figure Deel does not publish. Its pricing page carries no monthly-versus-annual choice and no deposit or setup-fee statement, so this page carries none either.
- The cost of employing anyone. That is salary plus statutory employer costs plus the platform fee, and only the last of those three is published here.
- Any claim about how Deel performs. This is a price and terms comparison.
Worth saying plainly, because it shapes what you are reading: RangeYourself currently has no affiliate relationship with any provider on this page, and every provider link here goes straight to that provider’s own site. If that changes, this line changes with it. Nothing here is written to push you towards a demo, no provider pays for placement, and the ranked tables sort on published figures rather than on anything we are paid.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Deel EOR cost per employee?
$599 per EOR employee per month, verified August 6, 2026. Deel states it as "$599 per EOR employee per month" with no starting-at qualifier. That is a platform fee and not the cost of employing someone: salary, statutory employer contributions, benefits and severance sit outside it and vary by country, and Deel publishes no total that includes them.
How much does Deel charge for contractors?
$49 per contractor per month to manage them yourself, or $325 per contractor of record per month for Deel to act as Contractor of Record and take on the classification risk. Both verified August 6, 2026. Across the 5 providers here that publish a contractor figure, the range is $5 to $49 a contractor a month.
Is Deel cheaper than other EOR providers?
On the published figure it sits in the middle: 4th of the 7 providers in this index that publish an EOR price, in a range from $399 to $699. Verified August 6, 2026. Several of the cheaper figures are starting prices rather than prices, so they bound the cost from below and do not set it; Deel's carries no such qualifier.
What is the difference between Deel EOR at $599 and Deel PEO at $125?
They are different services for different situations, not tiers. Deel's card describes the PEO as "per US PEO employee per month" — US co-employment across all 50 states. EOR is full legal employment through Deel's entities in other countries, which Deel states covers 130+ of them. If you are hiring outside the United States, the $125 figure does not apply to you.
Does Deel offer a discount for paying annually?
Its pricing page does not say. There is no monthly-versus-annual toggle anywhere on it and a single figure is published per product, so the published number is the only one the page offers. What a signed order form contains is not something a pricing page can tell you, and we do not guess.
What would 3 employees and 1 contractor cost on Deel?
$1,846 a month in Deel platform fees: $599 per EOR employee per month times 3 employees ($1,797) plus $49 per contractor per month times 1 contractor ($49). That is the platform fee alone. It excludes salary, statutory employer contributions, mandatory benefits, severance accruals, deposits, implementation fees and every country-specific government cost.
How we verify this
Every figure on this page was read from the provider’s own page and is stored with that page’s URL, a verbatim quote, and the date it was checked (most recent: August 6, 2026). 1 of these 8 pages could not be read with a plain HTTP request and was read in a browser at the same URL, with each billing option selected in turn. Where a provider publishes no number we say so instead of repeating a figure from elsewhere, and the one provider here that publishes none has no figure attributed to it anywhere on this site. A figure the provider itself prefixes with “from” or “starts at” is printed as a floor, because that is the provider’s own distinction and not ours; a total built from a floor is labelled a floor too. Totals are arithmetic on published figures only. See our editorial standards and how we verify.
