- Embody sells NAD+ described as available by injection and nasal spray on the same product page but does not publish a separate price per form, so it is excluded from this specific comparison (it still appears on our general cheapest-NAD+ list). We only compare forms where the price-to-form link is explicit on the provider’s own site.
- Sublingual NAD+ is a third delivery form, offered by Enhance MD as a wafer and by Luvo Health as liquid drops. The FDA’s January 20, 2026 warning letter to GenoGenix LLC (WL#718739) states NAD+ is not eligible for 503B compounding; we could not identify a clear 503A pathway either; and a Class I recall of an NAD+ injectable over endotoxin contamination is on the record. Where one program prices both forms, the answer still splits: bmiMD’s injection is cheaper than its nasal spray, while Luvo Health charges the identical rate for either. Check the ranked table above for the current picture; it is dated and updated as prices are re-verified.
Is NAD+ nasal spray as effective as injection?

Why don’t all NAD+ programs offer both forms?
Product menus vary by provider and by which compounding pharmacy they use. Some programs offer only one delivery form; at least one program in our registry markets both injection and nasal spray without pricing them separately, which is why it’s excluded from this specific comparison.
