GLP-1 Provider Reliability Report

Last checked · 25 providers covered, every one included

Is a GLP-1 telehealth provider legit? Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau are the two most common places people check. This report reads both directly for every program RangeYourself tracks, records exactly what’s there — good, bad, small-sample, unclaimed, or suppressed — and dates every figure. Nothing here is our own editorial score; it’s a record of what two independent, public sources say.

Methodology

For each provider, we visit its own public Trustpilot business page and its Better Business Bureau profile directly (a real browser session, since Trustpilot blocks plain automated fetches) and record what is shown: star rating, review count, claimed/unclaimed status, and any suppression notice on Trustpilot; letter grade, accreditation status, and complaint/response detail on BBB. Figures are dated to the day they were read. A provider with no findable listing on a platform is reported as absent, never estimated. Ratings ship exactly as observed — including weak grades and small samples for providers RangeYourself ranks well on price — because the whole point of this report is that it doesn’t cherry-pick.

What a BBB grade does and doesn’t measure:a BBB letter grade weighs complaint volume, complaint type, and how responsively a business handles complaints filed through BBB. It is a paperwork-and-responsiveness signal, not a verified safety or product-quality audit. A low grade driven by unanswered complaints says something real about customer-service responsiveness — it does not, by itself, establish that a medication or medical service is unsafe. BBB accreditation is a separate, optional, paid program; an unaccredited business is not automatically less trustworthy than an accredited one. We report the grade, the accreditation status, and the complaint detail exactly as BBB displays them, and let readers draw their own conclusion from there.

This report’s methodology explainer is the canonical, full-length version. The GLP-1 pricing methodology page links back here rather than duplicating it.

Every provider, checked

bmiMD

bmiMD's Trustpilot average is strong, while its BBB grade is more middling — again, two independent records that don't fully agree.

  • Trustpilot: 4.4★ from 868 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: C+ grade, not BBB Accredited — 38 complaints filed; failure to respond to 1. (source, checked )

Calibrate

Calibrate's Trustpilot and BBB records agree — a consistent, positive picture across both independent sources as of our check.

  • Trustpilot: 4.5★ from 1,200 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: A+ grade, not BBB Accredited. (source, checked )

Care Bare Rx

We found no public Trustpilot or BBB listing for Care Bare Rx as of our check — absence of a listing is not evidence of a problem, but it also means there is no independent third-party record to cite here.

  • Trustpilot: No public Trustpilot listing found.
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Direct Meds

Direct Meds carries a large, consistent Trustpilot base alongside a solid BBB grade with a notable complaint volume for a company its size — worth reading in context of its scale, not as an isolated red flag.

  • Trustpilot: 4.6★ from 12,546 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: B+ grade, not BBB Accredited — Listed as "Direct Meds LLC" (telemedicine, Salt Lake City, UT); 260 complaints noted in the rating-reasons section. Other "Direct Meds" BBB entities exist under different corporate names/locations — this is the telemedicine listing matching directmeds.com's business model. (source, checked )

Embody

Embody's Trustpilot record is middling rather than strong; we found no BBB listing to cross-reference against it.

  • Trustpilot: 3.6★ from 3,849 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Enhance MD

Enhance MD's records agree: a solid Trustpilot average and a top BBB grade.

  • Trustpilot: 4.1★ from 159 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: A+ grade, not BBB Accredited. (source, checked )

Found

Found's records are consistent and solid across both sources we checked.

  • Trustpilot: 3.9★ from 717 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: A+ grade, not BBB Accredited. (source, checked )

Gala GLP-1

Gala GLP-1 shows the same kind of split as Henry Meds: a strong Trustpilot average against an F BBB grade where every filed complaint went unanswered — the unresponsiveness, not just the complaint count, is what drives the F here.

  • Trustpilot: 4.6★ from 3,893 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: F grade, not BBB Accredited — Listed as “AI Coaching Inc., d/b/a Gala GLP-1” (Wilmington, DE); 22 complaints, failure to respond to all of them — a wide gap from Gala's 4.6 Trustpilot score, both reported as observed. (source, checked )

HealthRX

We found no public Trustpilot or BBB listing for HealthRX as of our check — no independent third-party record to cite here.

  • Trustpilot: No public Trustpilot listing found.
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Henry Meds

Henry Meds shows a wide gap between Trustpilot (strong, high-volume) and BBB (an F grade, hundreds of complaints, many unanswered) — both are real, independently observed records, and the disagreement between them is worth noting on its own.

  • Trustpilot: 4.4★ from 12,501 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: F grade, not BBB Accredited — 230 complaints filed over the review period; failure to respond to 26 of them. This is a wide gap from Henry Meds' 4.4 Trustpilot score — both are reported as observed. (source, checked )

LIV Body

LIV Body's Trustpilot profile is claimed and paid but has no reviews yet, so there's no rating to report; we could not confidently match a BBB profile to this specific business, so none is cited here.

  • Trustpilot: Claimed profile, no reviews yet. (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Mochi Health

Mochi Health's Trustpilot base is large, with a strong average rating. Its BBB file shows a substantial complaint count that lands it at a B-; we have no data on complaint rate relative to Mochi's customer volume, so we report the count as observed without characterizing whether it's unusual.

  • Trustpilot: 4.4★ from 16,275 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: B- grade, not BBB Accredited — 1,370 complaints noted in the rating-reasons section. (source, checked )

Oak

Oak's Trustpilot record is positive, though the sample is modest; we could not confidently match a BBB profile to this specific business, so none is cited here.

  • Trustpilot: 4.6★ from 53 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Ro

Ro is BBB Accredited, with a B grade despite a substantial volume of filed complaints. We have no data on complaint rate relative to Ro's customer base, so we report the complaint count as observed without characterizing whether it's unusual. Its Trustpilot average is solid.

  • Trustpilot: 3.8★ from 4,736 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: B grade, BBB Accredited — BBB Accredited Business since 7/23/2018; 620 complaints noted in the rating-reasons section. (source, checked )

Sesame Care

Sesame Care's records are positive on both fronts: BBB Accredited with a top grade, and a strong Trustpilot average across a large review base.

  • Trustpilot: 4.5★ from 4,285 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: A+ grade, BBB Accredited — BBB Accredited Business since 12/27/2022. (source, checked )

ShedRx

ShedRx's BBB file shows a B grade tied to a handful of unanswered complaints — a paperwork-response signal, not a service one — while its Trustpilot base of over a thousand reviews sits at a strong rating, suggesting most customers who interact with the company have a good day-to-day experience.

  • Trustpilot: 4.7★ from 1,098 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: B grade, not BBB Accredited — BBB profile is listed under "Shed" (Lehi, UT); failure to respond to 3 complaints filed against the business. (source, checked )

Sprout Health

Sprout Health's BBB file is a genuine red flag — an F grade driven by a meaningful complaint count, roughly half left unanswered — while its Trustpilot score is middling rather than alarming; the two records point in different directions and both are reported here.

  • Trustpilot: 3.6★ from 115 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: F grade, not BBB Accredited — 63 complaints filed; failure to respond to 32 of them. (source, checked )

Strut Health

Strut Health's Trustpilot profile is claimed but has no reviews yet, so there's no rating to report there; its BBB file is the more substantive of the two records.

  • Trustpilot: Claimed profile, no reviews yet. (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Synergy Rx

We found no public Trustpilot or BBB listing for Synergy Rx as of our check — no independent third-party record to cite here.

  • Trustpilot: No public Trustpilot listing found.
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

telos rx

telos rx's Trustpilot record rests on a handful of reviews — directional at best, not statistically meaningful — and we found no BBB listing to supplement it.

  • Trustpilot: 4.3★ from 7 reviews (small sample). (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

TMates

TMates' Trustpilot presence is effectively unverifiable — an unclaimed profile with a single, negative review, nowhere near the "4.9 stars from 4,700+ reviews" the company advertises on its own site; its BBB file is the more substantive independent record available.

  • Trustpilot: 3.2★ from 1 review (small sample) — unclaimed profile. (source, checked )
  • BBB: B grade, not BBB Accredited — Listed as "Tmates (Teammates)"; 14 complaints filed against the business. (source, checked )

Trimi

Trimi is the one provider in our dataset with a Trustpilot rating actively suppressed for a guideline-breach warning — Trustpilot's own explanation, not our characterization — and we found no BBB listing to cross-reference. Individual reviews are still visible on the profile even though the aggregate score isn't.

  • Trustpilot: Rating unavailable — Trustpilot has suppressed the aggregate score: "Trustpilot displays a guideline-breach warning on this profile: “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.” No numeric rating or review count is shown — individual reviews are still visible on the page, but Trustpilot has suppressed the aggregate score." (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

WeightWatchers

WeightWatchers' Trustpilot score is solid, but its BBB file shows a C grade with unresolved complaints — a middling record on both fronts rather than a clean pass or a clear problem.

  • Trustpilot: 4.0★ from 4,061 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: C grade, not BBB Accredited — Listed as "WW"; 16 unresolved complaints plus failure to respond to 1. (source, checked )

Wellorithm

Wellorithm's Trustpilot presence is a single review — far too small a sample to draw a conclusion from — and we found no BBB listing to supplement it.

  • Trustpilot: 3.7★ from 1 review (small sample). (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Yucca Health

Yucca Health's Trustpilot record is strong; we found no BBB listing to supplement it.

  • Trustpilot: 4.7★ from 1,193 reviews. (source, checked )
  • BBB: No public BBB listing found.

Frequently asked questions

How does RangeYourself check GLP-1 provider reliability?

We visit each provider’s own public Trustpilot page and BBB business profile directly and record exactly what is shown — the star rating, review count, claimed/unclaimed status, BBB letter grade, accreditation status, and complaint-response detail where Trustpilot or BBB display it. We never estimate a figure, and we never omit a provider from this report because its record is unflattering.

What does a BBB grade actually measure?

A BBB grade is a paperwork-and-responsiveness signal: it weighs complaint volume, complaint type, and whether a business responds to and resolves complaints filed through BBB — not a verified safety or quality audit. A low grade driven by unanswered complaints is a real signal about customer-service responsiveness, but it is not proof of an unsafe product or service, and a high grade is not a safety guarantee either. BBB accreditation is a separate, optional, paid program — an unaccredited business is not automatically less trustworthy.

Why do some providers have no Trustpilot or BBB listing?

Not every business has created or been indexed with a profile on either platform. Absence of a listing is not evidence of a problem — it just means there is no independent third-party record on that specific platform for us to cite. We report the absence plainly rather than guessing.

Why does one provider’s Trustpilot rating say "unavailable"?

Trustpilot itself can withhold or suppress a business’s aggregate score — for example, for a guideline-breach warning — which is a decision made by Trustpilot, not by us. We report that suppression exactly as Trustpilot displays it.
